As much as we aim to provide excellent customer services, there are several terms and conditions which we would like our customers to be aware of.
Terms of contract
We will require a 20% refundable security deposit on all orders which will be given back to customer once we receive our items in the condition they were hired out.
Once an order is agreed and invoice generated and sent to customer, customer will be unable to amend orders and no refund will be given but will ensure the items previously ordered is delivered unless completely cancelled by customer.
We will not refund any cancelled or amended orders once invoice is generated and payment received.
Receipt of payment validates order and cannot be changed or amended.
We will require the full cost of any lost or misplaced item hired to customer.
Any failed delivery to customer's address will require additional re-delivery cost unless collected by customer.
We will require a valid ID and proof of address from any customer collecting orders themselves.
